上肢经吻合支跨区供血反流轴型皮瓣的解剖学研究

【摘要】: 本研究通过对20侧灌注红色乳胶的成人上肢标本进行分层次的显微解剖,观察桡侧副动脉背侧支与桡侧返动脉的吻合情况,以明确二者的吻合情况是否具备轴型血管跨区反流供血的解剖基础,并在此基础上分别设计了以桡侧副动脉为血管蒂经桡侧副动脉和桡侧返动脉的吻合支跨区域供血逆行皮瓣修复臂外侧软组织缺损,以桡侧返动脉为血管蒂经桡侧副动脉和桡侧返动脉的吻合支跨区域供血逆行皮瓣修复前臂外侧的软组织缺损的反流轴型皮瓣。解剖学研究表明:在肱骨外上髁桡侧副动脉背侧支与桡侧返动脉形成广泛而丰富而且比较恒定的吻合,属于跨区供血反流吻合形式的Ⅱ型吻合。因此,具备跨区供血反流轴型皮瓣的解剖学基础,可以将臂外侧皮瓣向前臂扩大形成臂外侧-前臂近段皮瓣。值得临床上推广应用。
[Abstract]:In this study, 20 adult upper limb specimens infused with red latex were dissected to observe the anastomosis between the dorsal branch of the radial collateral artery and the recurrent radial artery. In order to determine whether the anastomosis of the two has the anatomical basis of cross-region reflux of axial blood vessels, On the basis of this, a trans-region reverse flap pedicled with radial collateral artery and recurrent radial artery was designed to repair the soft tissue defect of the lateral arm, and the radial collateral artery was used as the pedicle to repair the soft tissue defect of the lateral arm. The radial recurrent artery was used as the vascular pedicle to repair the soft tissue defect of the lateral forearm with the reverse flow axial flap through the anastomotic branch of the radial collateral artery and the radial recurrent artery. Anatomical studies showed that the dorsal branch of the lateral epicondylar radial collateral artery of the humerus and the radial recurrent artery had extensive and constant anastomosis, which belonged to the type 鈪,
