卵圆孔未闭动物模型建立与矛盾栓塞实验研究

【摘要】： 目的研究经皮、经腔技术建立猪卵圆孔未闭模型的可行性,并利用该模型动物研究Valsalva动作与矛盾栓塞的关系。方法经皮、经腔穿刺和扩张中华小型猪房间隔卵圆窝(预实验1只,实验组10只)。在静脉注射栓塞物时,实验组的5只猪(组1)有Valsalva动作模拟,另5只(组2)则无。随后进行了影像学和病理学研究。结果11只猪的卵圆孔未闭模型均被成功建立。在注射栓塞物期间,尽管组1无1例发生房水平的平均压力梯度翻转,但4例发生了房水平瞬间压力梯度翻转,其中2例发生了MRI和病理证实的矛盾栓塞。组2则无1例发生房水平瞬间压力梯度翻转和矛盾栓塞。结论经皮、经腔技术建立猪卵圆孔未闭模型是可行的。通过房水平瞬间压力梯度翻转机制,Valsalva动作与矛盾栓塞有关联。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the feasibility of establishing porcine oval foramen patent model by percutaneous and transluminal technique, and to study the relationship between Valsalva movement and contradictory embolization. Methods Percutaneous, transluminal puncture and expansion of the Chinese miniature pig atrial septal oval fossa (pretest 1, experimental group 10). At the time of intravenous embolization, 5 pigs in the experimental group (group 1) had Valsalva motility simulation, while the other 5 pigs (group 2) had no action simulation. Imaging and pathological studies were followed. Results all the models of unclosed foramen ovale in 11 pigs were successfully established. During the injection of embolization, although none of the patients in group 1 had the mean pressure gradient reversal at the atrial level, 4 patients had transient pressure gradient reversal at the atrial level, and 2 of them had contradictory embolism confirmed by MRI and pathology. In group 2, there was no transient pressure gradient reversal and contradictory embolization. Conclusion it is feasible to establish porcine oval foramen patent model by percutaneous and transluminal technique. Valsalva action was associated with contradictory embolism through the transient pressure gradient reversal mechanism.
