线粒体途径介导血小板凋亡的研究进展

【摘要】:血小板凋亡是血小板自主有序的死亡,其不是病理状态下自体损伤的一种现象,而是为更好地适应生存环境而主动采取的一种死亡过程。血小板凋亡是井然有序的过程,大量的分子及途径参与其中。线粒体在调节血小板凋亡过程中发挥关键作用。在血小板凋亡过程中,线粒体通透性转换孔过度开放,引起线粒体跨膜电位降低,并导致多种线粒体蛋白,其中,线粒体内的Bcl-2家族对血小板凋亡具有双向调节作用。研究线粒体在血小板凋亡中的作用机制,对于研究血小板凋亡的调控机制具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Platelet apoptosis is a kind of autonomic and orderly death of platelets, which is not a phenomenon of autologous injury in pathological condition, but a kind of active death process in order to better adapt to the living environment. Platelet apoptosis is an orderly process in which a large number of molecules and pathways are involved. Mitochondria play a key role in regulating platelet apoptosis. During the process of platelet apoptosis, the mitochondrial permeability transition pore is excessively open, which leads to the decrease of mitochondrial transmembrane potential, and leads to a variety of mitochondrial proteins. Among them, the Bcl-2 family in mitochondria plays a bidirectional role in regulating platelet apoptosis. It is important to study the mechanism of mitochondria in platelet apoptosis.
