应激多因素作用系统理论的实证研究

【摘要】：在现代社会中,社会发展日益加快,竞争越来越激烈,人们面临的压力也越来越大,遭受到的心理刺激的数量增多和强度增大,并由此引起一系列的心身反应症状。心理应激理论有助于解释心理社会因素与健康和疾病之间的关系。近半个多世纪以来,心理应激作为心理社会因素同疾病联系的一个十分重要的环节,已成为临床心理学研究的一个热门课题。 “应激”是一个不断发展的概念。关于应激的概念和理论模型可以概括为以下几类: 1.将应激作为引起个体产生紧张反应的刺激物。这一理论模型来源于物理学中的Hooke弹性定律。 2.将应激作为对刺激的反应。这一反应模型来源于生理学和医学。 3.将应激作为中间变量或插入状态。着重于探讨应激刺激物和应激反应之间的中介变量,如认知评价、应对方式等。这一理论的倡导者多数为心理学家。 4.应激是多因素作用过程。其中包含应激源、应激反应及其中介因素。这一理论模型包纳了以上几种模型。应激理论的发展历史揭示这一理论正在逐步深入,趋于完善。对于应激的研究正表现出一种多因素的综合性的研究发展趋势。“应激”这一概念,现已发展成为一个多因素的集合概念,其中包括生活事件、认知因素、应对方式、社会支持、个性特点、心身反应及其它有关心理、社会和生物学因素。但这些应激变量之间并无清晰的界线,它们在心理应激中作用的具体位置(原因?结果?影响因
[Abstract]:In modern society, the social development is accelerating day by day, the competition is becoming more and more intense, people are facing more and more pressure, the quantity and intensity of psychological stimulation are increasing, and it causes a series of psychosomatic reaction symptoms. The theory of psychological stress helps to explain the relationship between psychosocial factors and health and disease. For more than half a century, psychological stress, as a very important link between psycho-social factors and diseases, has become a hot topic in clinical psychology research. Stress is an evolving concept. The concepts and theoretical models of stress can be summarized as follows: 1. Stress is used as an irritant to induce an individual to respond to stress. This theoretical model is derived from the Hooke's law of elasticity in physics. 2. Use stress as a response to stimulation. This reaction model is derived from physiology and medicine. Use stress as an intermediate variable or insert state. Emphasis is placed on mediating variables between stress stimuli and stress responses, such as cognitive evaluation, coping styles, etc. Most of the advocates of this theory are psychologists. Stress is a multi-factor process. It contains stressors, stress responses and mediating factors. This theoretical model includes the above models.
