男性大学生身体形态和机能指标的研究

【摘要】:目的:加强对影响体质的因素的研究,特别是目前由于肥胖、心理问题等体质因素引起的一系列世界性的健康问题,应该争取多学科联合研究,探清原因,对症下药,使学生的锻炼更自觉、更科学,真正促使学生的生活、行为向更健康的方向发展。 实验方法:由同一专业人员对受试个体进行人体形态和机能的一些指标的测量,包括身高、体重、血压、脉搏测量及身体相关体段的围度,身体相关部位的皮下脂肪厚度,台阶最大耗氧量试验等,然后通过计算机进行统计学上的计算和处理。 实验结果:得出各个测量指标的平均值以及95%的参考值范围,同时通过公式得到体重指数(BMI)的平均值为21.62kg/m~2±2.03,腰髋比(WHR)的平均值为0.83%±0.04,脂肪比例(BF%)的平均值为35.6%±0.01和最大氧耗量(VO2max)的平均值为1.3 L/min±0.3以及它们95%的参考值范围。 结论:1.大学生的体质健康是大学生全面和谐发展的物质基
[Abstract]:Objective: to strengthen the research on the factors affecting physical constitution, especially a series of global health problems caused by obesity, psychological problems and other physical factors, we should strive for a joint multidisciplinary study to find out the causes and find out the right remedy for the case. Make students exercise more consciously, more scientific, truly promote the student's life, behavior to a healthier direction. Methods: the body shape and function of the subjects were measured by the same professional, including height, weight, blood pressure, pulse measurement, circumference of body related body segment, thickness of subcutaneous fat in related parts of body. Step maximum oxygen consumption test, and then through the computer statistical calculation and processing. Experimental results: the average value of each measurement index and the range of 95% reference value are obtained. The mean value of body mass index (BMI), waist hip ratio (WHR), fat ratio (BF%) and maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max) were 21.62kg/m~2 卤2.03, 0.83% 卤0.04, 35.6% 卤0.01,1.3 L/min 卤0.3 and 95% respectively.
