【摘要】:正铜绿假单胞菌(pseudomonas aeruginosa)是院内感染的主要病原菌之一,具有很强的耐药性。其产生的次级代谢产物绿脓菌素(pyocyanin,PCN),可改变细胞内氧化还原水平,对宿主造成氧化伤害,是导致铜绿假单胞菌感染病人死亡的主要原因之一[1-3]。N-乙酰半胱氨酸(N-acetylcysteine,NAC)是一种含有巯基的小分子化合物,常被作为抗氧化剂,用来改善细胞内氧化还原水平[2,4],因此在一些临床实验
[Abstract]:Pseudomonas aeruginosa (pseudomonas aeruginosa) is one of the main pathogens of nosocomial infection. Its secondary metabolite, pyocyanin (pyocyanin,PCN), can change the intracellular redox level and cause oxidative damage to the host. N-acetylcysteine (N-acetylcysteine NAC) is one of the leading causes of death in patients infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa [1-3]. N-acetylcysteine NAC, a small molecular compound containing sulfhydryl, is often used as an antioxidant to improve intracellular redox levels [2n4], so it has been used in some clinical trials.
