【摘要】:正近年发现的长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在细胞生长、发育、表观遗传学以及肿瘤和心血管疾病发生过程中,发挥重要的调控作用[1-9]。LncRNAs长度为1 000~10 000个碱基,通常是多聚腺苷酸化的,受RNA聚合酶Ⅱ催化转录合成[3,6,7]。LncRNAs主要分布于胞核,在胞浆中也有存在。很多lncRNAs与组蛋白修饰、染色质重塑和表观遗传效应有关[10]。但是,表观遗传因子识别它们的作用机制仍然是个谜。在哺乳动物的基因组中,lncRNAs的重要性已引起研究者的重视,lncRNAs可能在
