结核分枝杆菌FurB的基因表达及单克隆抗体的制备

【摘要】:结核病(tuberculosis,TB)是由结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)所致的以呼吸系统感染为主的慢性传染病。目前全球每年有800万新感染患者和300万患者死亡,表明TB仍是影响全球人类健康的一个主要公共卫生问题。近年来,由于耐药MTB流行无高效新药、MTB毒力相关因子研究较少、预防疫苗卡介苗(Bacillus Calmette Guerin,BCG)保护性不完善、人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human immunodificiciency Virus,HIV)的合并感染以及人口流动等原因使TB疫情日益严重。 MTB在结核病患者体内的生长及致病与很多微量元素有关。其中,铁是维持MTB新陈代谢所必需的营养物质之一,其作为轴酶或活化剂参与许多与MTB生长密切相关的氧化还原反应。限制铁的利用可以延缓MTB的生长,同时铁的利用情况可作为反映几种毒性因子表达水平的指
[Abstract]:Tuberculosis (tuberculosis,TB) is a chronic infectious disease mainly caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB). At present, 8 million new infections and 3 million deaths occur in the world every year, indicating that TB is still a major public health problem affecting human health worldwide. In recent years, due to the prevalence of drug-resistant MTB without effective new drugs, the study of MTB virulence related factors is less, and the protection of BCG vaccine (Bacillus Calmette Guerin,BCG is not perfect. The co-infection of human immunodeficiency virus (Human immunodificiciency Virus,HIV) and population mobility make the TB epidemic more and more serious. The growth and pathogenesis of MTB in TB patients are related to many trace elements. Iron is one of the essential nutrients to maintain the metabolism of MTB. As an enzyme or activator iron participates in many redox reactions closely related to the growth of MTB. Limiting the use of iron can delay the growth of MTB, and the utilization of iron can be used to reflect the expression level of several toxic factors.
