新生鼠支气管肺发育不良模型的构建

【摘要】:目的构建支气管肺发育不良新生大鼠模型。方法将30只3日龄雄性wistar大鼠随机分为两组各15只,高氧组置于氧箱(氧浓度60%),对照组置于空气(氧浓度21%),分别于实验第7、14、21天取大鼠肺组织观察组织病理及胶原含量变化。结果高氧组肺泡结构消失、肺泡间隔增厚、肺泡融合;肺Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原面积显著增加(P0.001)。结论较高浓度氧持续吸入可致新生鼠肺部产生类似人支气管肺发育不良的组织改变。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a neonatal rat model of bronchopulmonary dysplasia. Methods Thirty 3-day-old male wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups, 15 rats in each group. The hyperoxia group was placed in the oxygen box (oxygen concentration 60%) and the control group in the air (oxygen concentration 21%). The histopathology and collagen content were observed in the lung tissue of rats on day 7, 14 and 21, respectively.
