动物醉酒实验模型的研究

【摘要】:过量饮酒会给人们带来诸多伤害,甚至可导致生命和财产的损失,所以既想饮酒又不想醉酒成了许多饮酒者的愿望,这就使解酒产品的前途一片大好。但目前尚无一个系统的研究解酒产品解酒效果的实验体系及一个检验其解酒效果的检验标准,因而影响了它的研发与消费。研制开发解酒产品需要进行大量的实验研究,尤其是动物醉酒实验,即需要建立动物醉酒实验模型。目前未查到国内已建立起动物醉酒实验模型的相关报道。因此,为了使动物醉酒实验更科学,重复性更好,我们的工作就是要建立起实验用酒剂量与动物醉酒现象关系的动物醉酒模型,用于对解酒物质的评价。 本研究主要是进行动物(小鼠)醉酒实验和色谱分析实验。工作分为三部分。 1.按实验动物学的要求,选择适宜的动物。 2.设计与动物醉酒有关的实验(旷场实验、滚筒实验等)。 3.通过用动物醉酒模型及气相色谱对解酒物质解酒效果的分析,检验模型的可行性。 所得动物醉酒实验模型包括:小鼠无影响灌胃剂量;小鼠上头灌胃剂量;小鼠醉酒灌胃剂量; 小鼠死亡灌胃剂量。
[Abstract]:Excessive drinking will bring a lot of harm to people, and even lead to loss of life and property, so it is the desire of many drinkers to want to drink and not to be drunk, which makes the future of antialcoholism products bright. However, there is no systematic experimental system to study the antialcoholism effect of antialcoholic products and a test standard to test its antialcoholism effect, which has affected its research and development and consumption. Research and development of antialcoholism products need a lot of experimental research, especially animal drunkenness experiment, that is to say, it is necessary to establish animal drunken experimental model. At present, there is no related report that animal drunken experimental model has been established in China. Therefore, in order to make the animal drunken experiment more scientific and reproducible, our work is to establish the animal drunken model which is related to the experimental alcohol dosage and the animal drunkenness phenomenon, which can be used to evaluate the antialcoholism substance. This research mainly carries on the animal (mouse) drunkenness experiment and the chromatographic analysis experiment. The work is divided into three parts. 1. According to the requirements of experimental zoology, select suitable animals. 2. Design experiments related to animal drunkenness (open field experiment, roller experiment, etc.) 3. The feasibility of the model was tested by the analysis of the effect of the animal drunkenness model and gas chromatography on the antialcoholism substance. The experimental model of animal intoxication includes: the dose of mice without effect, the dose of upper head of mice, the dose of intoxication of mice, and the dose of death of mice.
