中国数字化可视人体肺内管道系统的断面显示、三维重建及实时显示

【摘要】: 目的:研究在不同断面(包括横断面、冠状断面和矢状断面)中肺内管道(包括肺动脉、肺静脉和支气管)的分布情况,并通过计算机二维图像处理及三维重建得到肺内管道的数字化三维模型,展示它们的立体构型和位置关系,同时实时显示肺内管道系统三维立体构型。 材料与方法:从中国数字化可视人体(Chinese visible human,CVH)断面数据集中选取包含肺断面的部分连续图像(第460层至第701层),在图像配准后,通过连续观察的方法对不同的管道进行观察、分割,然后根据重建目的的不同将分割后图像保存为不同的图片序列,最后将二维图片序列输入三维重建软件进行三维重建,得到所需展示的三维模型。 结果:1.CVH数据集断面图像清晰,分辨率高,,断面中可清楚显示肺动脉、肺静脉及支气管,最远可至第5级分支。三者中支气管呈中心性分布;肺动脉和支气管伴行,右肺上叶和左肺上叶(除外舌叶的部分)的肺动脉位于伴行支气管的内侧,右肺中叶及左肺舌叶内肺动脉位于伴行支气管的前外侧,两肺下叶肺动脉位于支气管的周围;肺静脉呈周围性分布,不与支气管及肺动脉伴行。2.重建出了支气管、肺动脉及肺静脉的三维数字化模型,可显示它们的主干、叶和段的分支,最远可显示至亚段级分支,在几种管道同时显示时,可立体展现管道之间的位置关系。 结论:CVH断面数据集清晰显示了肺动脉、肺静脉和支气管在断面分布;重建的肺动脉、肺静脉及支气管三维数字化模型形象地立体展示了肺动脉、肺静脉及支气管的三维构型及管道之间的位置关系,并可实现三维实时显示。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the distribution of pulmonary ducts (including pulmonary artery, pulmonary vein and bronchus) on different sections (including cross section, coronal section and sagittal section). The digital three-dimensional model of lung duct was obtained by computer two-dimensional image processing and three-dimensional reconstruction to show their three-dimensional configuration and position relationship. At the same time, the three-dimensional configuration of lung duct system was displayed in real time. Materials and methods: selected partial continuous images (layer 460th to 701) of lung section from Chinese digitized visible human (Chinese visible human,CVH cross-sectional data set, after image registration, The different pipeline is observed and segmented by continuous observation method, then the segmented image is saved into different image sequences according to the purpose of reconstruction. Finally, the two-dimensional image sequence is input into the 3D reconstruction software for 3D reconstruction. Get the three-dimensional model that you need to show. Results: the cross-sectional images of 1.CVH data set were clear and high resolution. The pulmonary artery, pulmonary vein and bronchus could be clearly displayed on the section, and the furthest branches could be reached to the 5th grade. The bronchi showed a central distribution among the three. The upper lobe of the right lung and the part of the superior lobe of the left lung (excluding the part of the lingual lobe) are located on the medial side of the accompanying bronchus, and the middle lobe of the right lung and the medial pulmonary artery of the lingual lobe of the left lung are located on the anterolateral side of the bronchus. The pulmonary arteries of the lower lobe of both lungs are located around the bronchus. Pulmonary veins are circumscribed and are not accompanied by bronchi and pulmonary arteries. 2. Three-dimensional digital models of bronchi, pulmonary arteries and pulmonary veins have been reconstructed, showing the branches of their main trunk, lobes and segments, as far as subsegmental branches. When several pipes are displayed at the same time, the position relationship between the pipes can be shown stereoscopically. Conclusion: the distribution of pulmonary artery, pulmonary vein and bronchus in CVH cross-sectional data is clear. The reconstructed three-dimensional digital model of pulmonary artery, pulmonary vein and bronchus vividly shows the three-dimensional configuration of pulmonary artery, pulmonary vein and bronchi and the position relationship between them, and can realize three-dimensional real-time display.
