人上腔静脉心肌袖的形态学观测
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the gross anatomy and morphological characteristics of the cardiac cuff of the superior vena cava (SVC) in order to provide the basis for the clinical study and treatment of atrial fibrillation (AF). Methods Twenty autopsy specimens of non-cardiac death were taken out and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde solution for more than one week. The superior vena cava was desiccated by alcohol and embedded in paraffin. The sections were sectioned longitudinally and transversely, and routine HE staining was performed. Masson staining and PGP 9.5 monoclonal antibody S P immunohistochemical staining were performed in some of the specimens. Results (1) the results of HE staining showed that the myocardial cells were extended in the wall of superior vena cava, (2) the results of Masson staining showed that the fibrous connective tissue in the muscle cuff of superior vena cava was blue, and the myocardial cells were found in the muscle cuff of superior vena cava. The nerve fibers and ganglia were brown red. (3) the results of immunohistochemical staining showed that PGP 9.5 immunoreactive nerve fibers and ganglia were found in the muscle cuff cells of superior vena cava. Conclusion Human
