云南省不同地域并殖吸虫病原学研究

【摘要】: [目的]调查云南省红河州与保山市并殖吸虫虫种分布情况,从不同宿主体内获取病原体,观察测量两地并殖吸虫的囊蚴、后尾蚴、虫卵及成虫的形态;比较两种实验终宿主—大鼠和家猫对两地并殖吸虫的易感性,并对两地并殖吸虫的成虫进行扫描电镜观察。确定两地并殖吸虫的种属关系、宿主的适应性以及第二中间宿主的感染情况,为云南省并殖吸虫的研究和防治提供有用的科学依据。 [方法]分别从云南省红河州金平县和保山市采集溪蟹,分离囊蚴,形态观察测量后,经口饲感染大鼠和家猫,收集虫体和虫卵,将虫体和脱囊后尾蚴制成染色封片标本进行形态观测,并对成虫进行扫描电镜观察。 [结果]金平和保山囊蚴形态相似,为单层囊壁,,类圆形,大小分别为0.401 mm×0.395 mm和0.435 mm×0.433 mm。成虫为长椭圆形,大小分别为10.107 mm×4.064mm和9.594 mm×3.577 mm,宽长比例分别为1:2.49和1:2.63,腹吸盘大于口吸盘,卵巢靠近腹吸盘位置,分叶简单,次级分叶少见,睾丸中心体较小,其长度为虫体长度的1/6。成虫皮棘以单生型为主,腹吸盘前的皮棘多呈三角形或尖刀状,腹吸盘后的皮棘末端呈弧形,少数出现分叉。两地并殖吸虫的囊蚴、后尾蚴、虫卵和成虫的形态基本相似,但前三者的大小存在差异,而成虫则无差异。 金平溪蟹和保山溪蟹的感染率分别为79.9%和100%,金平溪蟹的每蟹平均囊蚴数和每克蟹重平均囊蚴数分别是1.8个和0.7个,保山溪蟹的海蟹平均囊蚴数和每克蟹重平均囊蚴数分别是13.3个和2个。金平囊蚴感染大鼠和家猫后虫体回收率分别是24%和55%,成虫回收率为17%和51.7%,保山囊蚴感染大鼠和家猫后虫体回收率分别是5%和61.7%,成虫回收率是4%和51.7%。 [结论]云南省红河州金平县和保山市均是并殖吸虫流行区,保山溪蟹感染率和感染度均明显高于金平溪蟹。金平县和保山市流行的并殖吸虫为同一虫种,即陈氏并殖吸虫,但不同地域之间存在形态学差异。大鼠对金平并殖吸虫的易感性高于保山,家猫对两地并殖吸虫的易感性相似。两种实验终宿主比较,家猫的易感性明显高于大鼠,家猫是陈氏并殖吸虫理想的动物模型。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the distribution of paragonimus species in Honghe Prefecture and Baoshan City of Yunnan Province, obtain pathogens from different hosts, and observe the morphology of metacercaria, post-cercariae, eggs and adults of paragonimus in both areas. The susceptibility of rats and domestic cats to paragonimus was compared, and the adults of paragonimus were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The species-genus relationship of paragonimus, the adaptability of host and the infection of the second intermediate host were determined in order to provide a useful scientific basis for the study and control of paragonimus in Yunnan Province. [methods] Creek crabs were collected from Jinping County and Baoshan City of Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province, respectively. After morphological observation and measurement, rats and domestic cats were infected by oral feeding, and the body and eggs were collected. The morphology of the adult was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the stained seal specimen was made from the worm body and demysted cercariae. [results] the morphology of cercariae in Jinping and Baoshan was similar, and they were single-layer cystic wall and round-like. The sizes were 0.401 mm 脳 0.395 mm and 0.435 mm 脳 0.433 mm., respectively. The adult was long ellipsoid, and the width-length ratios of 10.107 mm 脳 4.064mm and 9.594 mm 脳 3.577 mm, were 1? 2.49 and 1? 2.63, respectively. The ventral sucker was larger than the oral sucker, the ovary was close to the ventral sucker, and the lobulation was simple. Secondary lobulation is rare, testicular centrosome is small, its length is 1? 6 of the length of insect body. The skin spine of adult is mainly single-type, the skin spine in front of abdominal sucker is triangular or sharp knife-shaped, the end of skin spine after abdominal sucker is arc, a few appear bifurcation. The morphology of metacercaria, posterior cercariae, eggs and adults of paragonimus was similar, but the size of the first three was different, but there was no difference among adults. The infection rates of Jinping creek crab and Baoshan creek crab were 79. 9% and 100%, respectively. The average number of cysticercosis per crab and the average number of cysticercosis per gram of crab in Jinping creek were 1.8 and 0.7, respectively. The average number of cysticercosis and the average number of cysticercosis per gram of crab in Baoshan River crab were 13.3 and 2, respectively. The recovery rates were 24% and 55% for rats and domestic cats, 17% and 51.7% for adults, 5% and 61.7% for mice infected with cercariae from Baoshan, respectively, and 55% for mice infected with cercariae Jinping and 55% for cats, respectively, and the recovery rates for adults were 17% and 51.7%, respectively. The adult recovery rates were 4% and 51.7%. [conclusion] Jinping County and Baoshan City, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province are the endemic areas of paragonimus, and the infection rate and infection degree of Baoshan Creek crabs are obviously higher than those of Jinping Creek Crab. The most prevalent paragonimus in Jinping County and Baoshan City is the same species of paragonimus Chen's paragonimus but there are morphological differences among different regions. The susceptibility of rats to paragonimus in Jinping was higher than that in Baoshan, and the susceptibility of domestic cats to paragonimus was similar. Compared with the final hosts of the two experiments, the susceptibility of the domestic cat was significantly higher than that of the rat, and the domestic cat was an ideal animal model of paragonimus Chen.
