炎症牙髓干细胞:起步研究与未来发展

【摘要】:背景:炎症牙髓干细胞是近年来新发现的一类牙髓干细胞,目前尚无对其研究进展的系统评价。目的:系统评价炎症牙髓干细胞的研究进展。方法:以"(Pulptis OR Inflam*Dental Pulp*OR Human Dental Pulp with Irreversible Pulpitis)AND Stem Cell*/(牙髓炎OR炎症牙髓OR不可逆性牙髓炎)AND干细胞"为检索词检索PubMed、Web of Science、CNKI、WanFang及VIP数据库(时间:建库至2014年2月),同时手检纳入研究的参考文献。对研究结果进行定性分析,进行炎症牙髓干细胞研究进展的全面总结。结果与结论:共纳入11篇文献进行研究,全面阐述炎症牙髓干细胞的研究历史、材料来源、细胞培养、表面标志、扩增能力、多向分化能力、动物模型及临床应用前景的研究进展。炎症牙髓干细胞研究尚处于起步,培养条件和动物模型的建立正处于探究阶段,扩增能力和多向分化能力研究结果尚有争议,而在免疫特性、亚群研究和临床应用方面研究较少。
[Abstract]:Background: inflammatory dental pulp stem cells are a kind of newly discovered dental pulp stem cells in recent years, and there is no systematic evaluation of their research progress. Objective: to systematically evaluate the research progress of inflammatory dental pulp stem cells. Methods: "(Pulptis OR Inflam*Dental Pulp*OR Human Dental Pulp with Irreversible Pulpitis) AND Stem Cell*/ (pulpitis OR inflammatory OR irreversible pulpitis) AND stem cells" were used as search words to search PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,WanFang and VIP database (time: from establishment to February 2014). At the same time, hand examination was included in the references of the study. The research results were qualitatively analyzed and the research progress of inflammatory dental pulp stem cells was summarized. Results and conclusion: a total of 11 literatures were included to review the research history, material source, cell culture, surface marker, amplification ability, multidirectional differentiation ability, animal model and clinical application prospect of inflammatory dental pulp stem cells. The study of inflammatory dental pulp stem cells is still in its infancy, and the establishment of culture conditions and animal models is in the exploratory stage. The results of amplification and multidirectional differentiation are controversial, but there are few studies on immune characteristics, subgroup research and clinical application.
