  血管紧张素Ⅱ的生长调节作用 概述 肾素-血管紧张素系统传统上被归类为系统性激素调节系统。它的主要活性物质是血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)。血管紧张素Ⅱ来源于血浆α2-球旦白,即血管紧张素原,它的形成和释放过程简述如下: 血管紧张素原 ↓肾素 血管紧张素Ⅰ ↓转化酶 血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ) AⅡ具有很强的血管收缩作用及促进醛固酮分泌的作用,其结果主要是导致血压升高和钠盐储留。所以肾素-血管紧张素系统一直被认为是一种作用于心血管的内分泌系统。然而,近年来发现肾素-血管紧张素系统不仅分布在心脏,肾脏及脑组织,而且存在于卵巢和脂肪组织。内分泌激素局部作用的发现更促使人们重新探讨肾素-血管紧张素的其它作用。近几十年来,已有许多实验室相继报道AⅡ可以产生于局部,以旁分泌或自分泌的方式调节局部组织细胞的生长繁殖。 高血压导致的心肌肥大一贯被认为是继发于血流动力学变化的代偿性肥大。但已有证据表明心室肥大的程度与血压升高的程度没有密切的相关性。例如自发性高血压大鼠的心肌肥大发生在血压明显升高之前;临床观察发现血压很高的病人并不一定发生明显的...
