PD-1/PD-L信号通路在感染免疫中的研究进展

　　<正>对T细胞活化机制的研究表明,T细胞的有效活化和功能介导依赖于两个信号的调节。即除通过APC递呈MHC抗原复合物给抗原特异性T细胞提供第一信号外,还需协同刺激分子介导的辅助信号的协同作用[1]。如果协同刺激分子提供的第二信号发生异常,将会导致T细胞的程序性凋亡或者异常激活从而导致疾病的发生与发展[2]。已有研究表明,一系列正性和负性协同刺激信号共同介导了T细胞的活化,两者之间的动态平衡在机体抵抗外
