【摘要】：目的把握国际抗艾滋病药物技术研发重点领域,为中国抗艾滋病药物研发和发展提供信息依据。方法通过检索Web of science数据库、Innography数据库和Thomson Reuters Cortellis数据库,利用Thomson data analysis对近5年抗艾滋病药物的重点产品、研发综合竞争力等进行分析。结果全球共有1846种抗艾滋病药物,已上市78种,其中反转录酶抑制剂药物最多,194种;其次是蛋白酶抑制剂,145种。适应证除针对艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染外,还可针对乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、肿瘤及免疫相关疾病。近5年共有21 378条抗艾滋病药物专利,主要集中在药物组分、HIV感染、可药用盐等方面。中国专利数量排名第二,中药占比最大。企业在专利研发方面显示出强劲的实力。抗艾滋病药物的基础研究有23 309篇文献,中国相关论文数量排名第三,法国、南非与加拿大的研究被关注度和影响力较高。结论老药的更新换代,复合制剂的研发,以及安全、有效的免疫抑制剂筛选与研发,是抗艾滋病药物研发的主要趋势。欧美发达国家在抗艾滋病药物的基础研究与产品研发上均处于绝对优势。中国在抗艾滋病药物研发方面也取得了一定的成绩,与国家"十一五"以来对艾滋病研究部署不断增强相吻合。
[Abstract]:Objective to grasp the international research and development field of anti-AIDS drugs and provide information basis for the development of anti-AIDS drugs in China. Methods by searching the web of science database and Thomson Reuters Cortellis database, Thomson data analysis was used to analyze the key products of anti-AIDS drugs in recent 5 years and the comprehensive competitiveness of R & D. Results there are 1846 kinds of anti-AIDS drugs in the world, 78 kinds of them have been listed, the most of them are reverse transcriptase inhibitors, and the next are proteinase inhibitors. The indications are not only for HIV infection, but also for hepatitis B, hepatitis C, tumor and immune-related diseases. In the last five years, there are 21,378 patents of anti-AIDS drugs, mainly concentrated in the components of HIV infection, medicinal salts and so on. The number of Chinese patents ranked second, Chinese medicine accounted for the largest proportion. Enterprises in patent research and development showed strong strength. There are 23,309 articles in basic research on anti-AIDS drugs, with China ranking third in the number of related papers, while France, South Africa and Canada have a high degree of attention and influence. Conclusion the main trend of anti-AIDS drug development is the renewal of old drugs, the research and development of complex preparations, and the screening and development of safe and effective immunosuppressants. Developed countries in Europe and the United States in the basic research and development of anti-AIDS drugs are in absolute advantage. China has also made some achievements in the research and development of anti-AIDS drugs, consistent with the increasing development of HIV / AIDS research and deployment since the 11th Five-Year Plan.
