乙酸锌对肉仔鸡生长性能、骨骼性状及肉品质的影响

【摘要】:锌是动物营养必需的微量元素,不仅参与体内三大营养物质等的代谢,还与多种酶的活性和激素分泌有关联。因此锌对动物的生长代谢、骨骼发育、免疫等都有重要的作用。不同形式的锌生物学利用率不同。但是,关于乙酸锌在肉鸡方面的研究甚少。本试验旨在探讨饲粮中不同添加水平的乙酸锌对肉仔鸡生长性能、骨骼性状和肉品质等指标的影响,为生产中合理使用乙酸锌提供科学的试验依据。试验选取1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡220羽,按体重无差异原则随机分为一个对照组(A)和三个试验组(B、C、D),每组5个重复,每个重复11羽。基础日粮采用玉米-豆粕型日粮(不额外加锌),对照组(A)在基础日粮中添加锌40 mg/kg(Zn SO4·H2O形式),试验组(B、C、D)分别在基础日粮中添加80 mg/kg、100 mg/kg、150 mg/kg三个水平的乙酸锌。试验期42d。试验结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,B组肉仔鸡21日龄体重、日增重显著高于其它三组(P0.05),料重比显著降低(P0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,42日龄时,B组肉仔鸡对代谢能、粗蛋白及钙的利用率显著升高(P0.05),21日龄时D组肉仔鸡对代谢能、P以及42日龄时D组肉仔鸡对Ca、P的利用率均显著降低(P0.05),42日龄时C组肉仔鸡对Ca的利用率显著降低(P0.05)。(3)21日龄肉仔鸡血清中总蛋白(TP)的含量B组显著高于其它三组(P0.05),42日龄肉仔鸡血清中总蛋白(TP)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的含量C、D组显著降低(P0.05)。(4)与对照组相比,B组肉仔鸡21日龄鲜胫骨重及总灰分重均显著升高(P0.05),B、C组肉仔鸡21日龄胫骨烘干重及B组肉仔鸡42日龄胫骨烘干重显著升高(P0.05),D组肉仔鸡21日龄胫骨Ca、P含量及42日龄胫骨Ca含量均显著降低(P0.05),B组肉仔鸡42日龄胫骨Ca含量显著升高(P0.05),21、42日龄时,肉仔鸡胰腺锌的含量B组均显著高于A组(P0.05),C组显著高于A、B两组(P0.05),D组显著高于A、B、C组(P0.05)。(5)与对照组相比,各试验组42日龄肉仔鸡腿肌粗脂肪含量显著升高(P0.05),胸肌粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量B、D组显著升高(P0.05);各试验组肉仔鸡胸肌L*值、胸肌和腿肌p H均显著升高(P0.05),腿肌L*值B、C两组显著升高(P0.05),胸肌a*值和腿肌b*值D组显著升高(P0.05);各试验组间胸肌和腿肌p H D组显著高于B、C两组(P0.05)。由以上结果可以看出,饲粮中添加80 mg/kg乙酸锌促进了肉仔鸡的生长发育和养分利用率,对血清中蛋白、脂肪含量有显著影响,提高了肉仔鸡胫骨长和重量,促进胫骨的钙磷沉积,同时显著提高肉仔鸡肌肉粗脂肪含量和胸肌粗蛋白含量,提高肌肉亮度值以及肌肉p H,改善肉品质。
[Abstract]:Zinc is an essential trace element in animal nutrition, which is not only involved in the metabolism of three nutrients, but also related to the activity of various enzymes and hormone secretion. Zinc plays an important role in growth, metabolism, bone development and immunity of animals. The bioavailability of zinc in different forms is different. However, there is little research on zinc acetate in broilers. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of zinc acetate on growth performance, bone traits and meat quality of broilers at different dietary levels, and to provide a scientific experimental basis for the rational use of zinc acetate in production. Two hundred and twenty 1-day-old Ebba + AAA broilers were randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of no difference in body weight: a control group (A) and three experimental groups (n = 5) with 11 replicas per replica. The basal diet was fed with corn-soybean meal diet (no additional zinc addition, control group), zinc 40 mg/kg(Zn SO4 H 2O was added to the basal diet, and the experimental group fed the basal diet with 80 mg / kg 100 mg / kg of zinc acetate at 150 mg/kg level, and the control group was fed with 40 mg/kg(Zn SO4 H 2O and 80 mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) of zinc acetate in the basal diet. The trial period was 42 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the weight gain and daily gain of broilers in group B were significantly higher than those in the other three groups, and the ratio of feed to weight was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05).) compared with the control group, the weight gain of broilers in group B was significantly higher than that in group B at 42 days of age, and the metabolic energy of broilers in group B was significantly lower than that in group B at 42 days of age. Utilization efficiency of crude protein and calcium increased significantly in group D broilers at 21 days of age and in group D broilers at 42 days of age. The utilization rate of Ca in group C broilers at 42 days of age decreased significantly (P 0.055.32). The content of total protein (TPTP) in serum of broilers in group B was significantly higher than that in the other three groups (P 0.05) and LDLL in serum of 42-day-old broilers. The contents of TTP and LDLL in serum of group C ~ (2 +) were significantly lower than those of control group (P < 0.05). Tibia weight and total ash weight increased significantly in group P0.05 and group B, significantly increased tibia dry weight at 21 days of age and 42 days old in group B broilers. The contents of CaOP and Ca in 21-day-old tibia and 42-day-old tibia of group D broilers were significantly decreased. The tibia Ca content in group B was significantly higher than that in group B at 21 ~ 42 days of age, and the content of Ca in tibia of group B was significantly higher than that of group B. The content of zinc in the pancreas of broilers in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (P 0.05), and that in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and B (group D) was significantly higher than that in group A (P 0.05), and that in group C was significantly higher than that in group A (P 0.05). The contents of crude fat in leg muscle of 42-day-old broiler were significantly higher than those in control group, and the contents of crude protein and crude fat in pectoralis muscle were significantly increased in group B and D, and the L* value of pectoralis muscle in broilers of each test group was significantly higher than that in group D. The pH of pectoralis and leg muscles increased significantly, the L * values of leg muscles increased significantly in two groups (P < 0.05), the values of pectoralis and leg muscles in group D were significantly higher than those in group D, and the p H D of pectoralis and leg muscles were significantly higher than those in group B and C (P 0.05). It can be seen from the above results that the dietary supplementation of 80 mg/kg zinc acetate promoted the growth, development and nutrient utilization of broilers, significantly affected the contents of protein and fat in serum, and increased the tibia length and weight of broilers. At the same time, the content of crude fat and protein of pectoralis muscle, the brightness value of muscle and muscle pH of broilers were increased, and the meat quality was improved.
