CXCL10及CXCR3在儿童1型糖尿病中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】：目的：研究儿童1型糖尿病(T1DM)血清CXC趋化因子配体10(CXC chemokine ligand10, CXCL10)及其CXC趋化因子受体3(chemokine receptor3, CXCR3)的表达及临床意义。 方法：收集T1DM患者50例和30例正常对照组,应用ELISA法检测两组血清CXCL10及CXCR3表达水平并分别进行比较。根据T1DM患者的不同病程对CXCL10进行分组比较。 结果：50例T1DM患者血清CXCL10和CXCR3浓度分别为(258.17±39.12) ng/L和(851.87±70.04) pg/mL,均高于正常对照组(P0.05)。病程6周T1DM患者CXCL10的血清水平比6周≤病程3年和病程≥3年患者明显升高,6周≤病程3年患者血清CXCL10水平高于病程≥3年患者,均有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论：T1DM患者血清CXCL10和CXCR3水平均高于对照组,并且随病程延长,血清CXCL10水平逐渐下降。CXCL10及CXCR3表达水平有可能作为反映T1DM免疫活动的标志,将为探讨其发病机制及防治提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the serum CXC chemokine ligand (CXC chemokine ligand10) in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM). The expression and clinical significance of CXCL10 and its CXC chemokine receptor 3 (CXCR3). Methods: 50 patients with T1DM and 30 normal controls were collected. The levels of serum CXCL10 and CXCR3 were detected by ELISA method and compared with each other. According to the course of T1DM, the CXCL10 were grouped and compared. Results the concentrations of serum CXCL10 and CXCR3 in 50 patients with T1DM were 258.17 卤39.12 ng/L and 851.87 卤70.04, respectively. Pg/mL.
