广州市城区三～五年级小学生肥胖流行及体型认知状况

【摘要】：目的了解广州市小学高年级学生肥胖流行现状及体型认知情况,为制定科学有效的干预措施提供理论依据。方法采用问卷及现场测量的方法,对广州市6 068名三~五年级小学生进行体型认知和肥胖流行状况调查。结果广州市三~五年级小学生消瘦、超重及肥胖发生率分别为14.5%,9.5%,5.4%。78.0%的学生对自己的体型不满意,总体型不满意度评分为0.19分,女生(0.27)高于男生(0.12),高年级学生(四、五年级分别为0.18,0.28)高于低年级学生(三年级为0.12),肥胖的学生(2.14)高于超重(1.60)和消瘦的学生(-0.92)。正常体重但对自己体型不满意的学生中,男生(44.5%)倾向于希望自己更胖一点,而女生(46.1%)则倾向于能更瘦一点,高年级较低年级更多的学生倾向于自己更瘦一点;公办学校较民办学校学生更能科学认知自己的体型。结论广州市小学生超重和肥胖发生率相对较低,大部分学生不能科学判断自己的体型。应从提高体型认知方面控制儿童肥胖发生率,减少生理及心理问题的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of obesity and the cognition of body type among senior students in primary schools in Guangzhou, and to provide theoretical basis for making scientific and effective intervention measures. Body type cognition and obesity prevalence of 6 068 pupils in grade 3 ~ 5 in Guangzhou were investigated. Results the prevalence rate of weight loss, overweight and obesity was 14.59.55.4.78.0% of the pupils were not satisfied with their body size. The score of overall dissatisfaction was 0.19, and the score of female students was 0.27), which was higher than that of boys (0.12%). The fifth grade students (0.18% 0.28) were higher than the lower grades (0.12% in the third grade and 2.14% in the obese students) and those who were overweight (1.60%) and those who lost weight but were not satisfied with their body size (44.5%) tended to want to be fatter. Girls (46.1) tend to be thinner, and older students tend to be thinner; Conclusion the prevalence of overweight and obesity among primary school students in Guangzhou is relatively low. Most students can not judge their body shape scientifically. We should control the incidence of obesity and reduce the occurrence of physical and psychological problems.
