【摘要】：目的了解Carroll双上肢功能测试(UEFT)是否能更好地反应脑瘫患儿的精细运动情况。方法 2011年1月至2014年1月,104例脑瘫患儿分为非偏瘫组(n=76)和偏瘫组(n=28)。两名评估者在1周之内对所有患儿进行UEFT和Gesell发育量表测试。比较UEFT评分与Gesell发育量中精细运动的发育年龄(DA)和发育商(DQ)的相关性,同时比较脑瘫偏瘫患儿中健手和患手UEFT评分。结果非偏瘫组患儿UEFT评分与Gesell的精细运动DA强相关(r=0.752,P0.001),与DQ中等相关(r=0.456,P0.001)。偏瘫组患儿健侧UEFT评分与Gesell的精细运动DA强相关(r=0.722,P0.001),患侧UEFT评分与DA中等相关(r=0.591,P0.001);双侧UEFT评分均与DQ不相关(r0.186,P0.05);健侧UEFT评分显著高于患侧(Z=-4.708,P0.001)。结论临床康复评定脑瘫患儿精细运动发育时,均可使用UEFT和Gesell发育量表;UEFT在精细运动中更能全面地了解患儿偏瘫情况。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate whether Carroll double upper limb function test can better reflect the fine motion of children with cerebral palsy.Methods from January 2011 to January 2014, 104 children with cerebral palsy were divided into two groups: non-hemiplegic group (n = 76) and hemiplegic group (n = 28).All children were tested with UEFT and Gesell development scales within 1 week.To compare the correlation between the UEFT score and the age of fine motor development and the development quotient in the development of Gesell, and to compare the UEFT score of the healthy hand and the affected hand in the hemiplegic children with cerebral palsy.Results in non-hemiplegic group, the UEFT score was strongly correlated with the fine motor DA of Gesell (0.752U P0.001), and with DQ (0.456m) P0.001.In the hemiplegic group, the UEFT score of the healthy side was strongly correlated with the fine motor DA of Gesell, and the UEFT score of the affected side was significantly higher than that of the affected side. The UEFT score of the affected side was significantly higher than that of the affected side (P 0.001), and the bilateral UEFT score was not correlated with the DQ score. The UEFT score of the healthy side was significantly higher than that of the affected side.Conclusion UEFT and Gesell development scale can be used to evaluate the fine motor development of children with cerebral palsy by clinical rehabilitation.
