广西中小学生辣条食用及认知现况

【摘要】:目的了解广西中小学生食用辣条及其认知情况,为相关部门制订有效干预策略提供理论依据。方法采用整群分层随机抽样的方法,选取广西南宁、柳州、梧州、贵港8所中小学的四~九年级共1 325名学生进行问卷调查。结果1 325名中小学生中,食用过辣条的有1 103名,辣条食用率为83.25%。其中小学生的辣条食用率为81.1%,低于中学生的85.3%(χ2=4.306,P0.05)。不同性别、不同学段学生对辣条的认知及格率差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为7.870,8.472,P值均0.05),男生及格率(70.4%)低于女生(77.8%),小学生及格率(69.9%)低于初中生(77.6%)。身边同学经常食用辣条(51.1%)会导致部分小学生产生跟随食用现象(42.2%)。结论广西中小学生食用辣条的情况比较普遍,对辣条的认知情况普遍较高,但出现认知和行为分离的现象。需要从改善学生的饮食习惯和零花钱控制等方面形成"学校—家庭—社会"综合干预网。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the situation of eating spicy strips and their cognition among primary and middle school students in Guangxi, and to provide theoretical basis for effective intervention strategies.Methods A total of 1 325 students in grade 4 ~ 9 of Nanning, Liuzhou, Wuzhou and Guigang were investigated by cluster stratified random sampling.Results among 1 325 primary and middle school students, there were 1 103 who ate spicy strips, and the rate of eating spicy strips was 83.25.Among them, the consumption rate of spicy strips in primary school students was 81.1%, which was lower than that in middle school students (蠂 2 = 4.306%, P 0.05%).Students around often eat hot bar 51.1) will lead to some primary school students to follow the phenomenon of food 42.2.Conclusion it is common for primary and middle school students in Guangxi to eat spicy strip, and the cognition of hot strip is generally higher, but the phenomenon of separation of cognition and behavior appears.The comprehensive intervention network of school-family-society needs to be formed from the aspects of improving students' eating habits and controlling pocket money.
