北京市朝阳区中小学生2013—2016学年传染病发病状况

【摘要】：目的了解北京市朝阳区中小学生2013—2016学年度传染病发病状况,为学校传染病防控工作提供科学依据。方法利用北京市朝阳区2013—2016学年中小学生传染病统计报表,分析不同学段、不同年度各种传染病发病情况。结果朝阳区2013—2016学年度学生共573 202名,传染病发病总数为1 668例,发病率为2.91‰,其中呼吸道传染病发病率为2.85‰,消化道传染病为0.03‰,其他传染病为0.03‰。不同年度学生传染病发病率总体呈下降趋势。同一年度均为呼吸道传染病发病率明显高于消化道传染病。各学年传染病发病率均为小学组高于初中组和高中组;小学生、初中生、高中生传染病发病率分别为3.59‰,1.28‰和1.46‰。2013—2016学年学生传染病总体发病率前6位依次是水痘(1.05‰)、猩红热(0.68‰)、手足口病(0.65‰)、流行性腮腺炎(0.24‰)、流感(0.18‰)、肺结核和菌痢(均为0.03‰)。各学年不同学段学生水痘发病率均占呼吸道传染病首位。结论学校传染病监测工作中呼吸道传染病是重点,尤其要加强小学传染病防控工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of infectious diseases among primary and middle school students in Chaoyang District in 2013-2016 and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in schools.Methods the infectious diseases statistics of primary and middle school students in Chaoyang District of Beijing in 2013-2016 school year were used to analyze the incidence of infectious diseases in different schools and different years.Results there were 573,202 students in Chaoyang District in 2013-2016.
