过敏性紫癜患儿血浆中5-羟色胺、P-物质、血管活性肽及胃泌素水平的测定及意义

【摘要】:[目的]:通过测定过敏性紫癜(Henoch-Schonlein Purpura, HSP)患儿急性期,HSP患儿恢复期和正常儿童组血浆中5-羟色胺(5-HT)、P-物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)和胃泌素(GAS)的水平变化,以便更好地认识HSP患儿的肠神经内分泌的变化和发病机制。[方法]:选择2015年5月~2015年9月昆明医科大学第一附属医院收治的HSP患儿40例(其中急性期组30例,恢复期租10例)为研究组,取某昆明市小学正常自愿者学生30名为对照组;研究组分为急性期组30例(单纯型10例,腹型10例,其他型10例)和恢复期组10例。采用放射免疫法检测HSP患儿40例和某小学对照组儿童30例血浆中SP、VIP及GAS水平;采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定其血浆中5-HT水平。所有数据经统计学方法处理。[结果]:HSP急性期组患儿血浆中5-HT、SP、VIP含量较对照组和HSP恢复期组儿童升高(P0.05),HSP恢复期组与对照组比较无差异(P0.05);HSP急性期组患儿血浆中GAS含量较对照组和HSP恢复期组儿童降低(P0. 05),HSP恢复期组与对照组比较无差异(P0. 05) ; HSP患儿单纯型、腹型和其他型血浆中5-HT、SP、VIP及GAS含量组间比较无差异(P0. 05)。[结论]:1. HSP急性期组较正常儿童组与HSP恢复期组患儿血浆中5-HT、SP、VIP含量明显上升,GAS含量明显下降,HSP恢复期较正常儿童组患儿血浆中5-HT、SP、VIP、GAS含量无明显差异。提示VIP、SP、5-HT、GAS可能通过肠神经内分泌的变化参与了HSP的发病机制。2.HSP急性期组患儿血浆5-HT、SP、VIP、GAS含量在单纯型、腹型和其他型间比较,无明显变化。
[Abstract]:[objective]: to determine the plasma levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine 5-HTP- (P), vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIPs) and gastrin (gastrin) in children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSPs) in the acute stage of HSP2 and in normal children, and to determine the changes of plasma levels of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HT) in patients with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSPs).In order to better understand the changes of intestinal neuroendocrine and pathogenesis in children with HSP.[methods] from May 2015 to September 2015, 40 children with HSP were selected from the first affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University as the study group (30 cases in the acute stage group and 10 cases in the recovery period), and 30 normal volunteers in a Kunming primary school as the control group.The study group was divided into acute group (n = 30) (simple type 10 cases, abdominal type 10 cases, other type 10 cases) and recovery group (10 cases).The plasma levels of HSP and GAS were measured by radioimmunoassay in 40 children with HSP and 30 children with primary school control, and the levels of 5-HT in plasma were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa).All data were processed statistically.[results] compared with the control group and the HSP convalescence group, there was no difference in the plasma GAS content between the two groups. The plasma GAS content in the acute stage group was lower than that in the control group and HSP recovery group. [results] the level of GAS in the plasma of the children in the acute stage group was higher than that in the control group and the HSP group in the convalescent period group. The content of GAS in the plasma of the patients in the acute phase group was lower than that in the control group and the HSP recovery group.There was no difference between the group of 05 and the control group in the recovery period of HSP (P 0. 0).There was no significant difference in the plasma levels of 5-HTP and GAS between simple type, abdominal type and other type of HSP patients (P 0. 05).05.[conclusion]: 1.There was no significant difference in the concentration of 5-HTP HSP in plasma between the acute phase of HSP and the normal children and the convalescent group of HSP. The content of gas in plasma of the acute phase of HSP was significantly lower than that of the normal children. There was no significant difference in the content of 5-HTG and VIPGAS in the plasma of the patients in the acute phase of HSP and in the convalescent group of HSP.It is suggested that the changes of intestinal neuroendocrine may be involved in the pathogenesis of HSP. 2. There is no significant change in plasma 5-HTP VIPGAS content between simple type, abdominal type and other types in patients with acute stage of HSP.
