小儿毛细支气管炎中西医综合疗法的疗效及预后分析

【摘要】：目的:研究分析小儿毛细支气管炎中西医综合疗法的疗效及预后。方法:选择2015年3月—2016年2月来医院就诊的150例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,A组的75例患儿给予中西医综合疗法进行治疗,B组的75例患儿给予常规的药物治疗,对比两组患儿经治疗后发热、咳嗽、气促等临床症状的缓解时间,临床效果,以及经治疗后的不良反应情况。结果:A组患儿经中西医综合治疗后发热、咳嗽、气促、喘憋、肺部罗音以及哮鸣音的缓解时间都显著低于经常规药物治疗的B组患儿,各项差异都具有统计学意义(P0.05);A组患儿临床效果的总有效率为90.67%,明显高于B组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);A组患儿经中西医综合治疗后出现了2例(2.67%)不良反应患儿,而B组患儿经常规药物治疗后却有8例(10.67%)患儿产生了不良反应,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:对于小儿毛细支气管炎患儿,采用中西医综合疗法的疗效及预后好,临床不适症状的缓解时间短、效果好、不良反应率低,值得应用推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the curative effect and prognosis of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in children with bronchiolitis. Methods: 150 children with bronchiolitis were selected from March 2015 to February 2016. 75 children in group A were randomly divided into two groups. 75 children in group B were treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine. The time of remission of clinical symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath and other clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Clinical effects and adverse reactions after treatment. Results the remission time of fever, cough, shortness of breath, wheezing, lung rales and wheezing in group A was significantly lower than that in group B after comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine. All the differences were statistically significant. The total effective rate of clinical effect in group A was 90.67, which was significantly higher than that in group B (72.00). In group B, 8 cases (10.67%) had adverse reactions after routine drug therapy, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: for children with bronchiolitis, the therapeutic effect and prognosis of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine are good, the relief time of clinical discomfort is short, the effect is good, and the adverse reaction rate is low, so it is worth applying and popularizing.
