肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血液C-反应蛋白、白细胞及中性粒细胞的变化

【摘要】:目的:通过对大连医科大学附属大连市儿童医院因肺炎支原体肺炎住院的儿童的一般情况、肺炎支原体抗体(Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody Mp-Ab)、C 反应蛋白(Creactive protein CRP)、白细胞及中性粒细胞的分析,探讨肺炎支原体肺炎(Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia MPP)在不同年龄段的患儿血液标本中CRP、白细胞、中性粒细胞的变化,并分析出现此种变化的原因。方法:收集2016年1月-2017年1月大连医科大学附属大连市儿童医院因肺炎支原体肺炎住院的313例儿童的年龄、性别、Mp-Ab、CRP、白细胞计数及中性粒细胞计数情况。Mp-Ab采用血清学胶体金检测法,CRP采用免疫层析法,白细胞及中性粒细胞计数采用电阻抗法血细胞计数检测法。按年龄进行分组,分为三组,3岁,3~7岁,≥7~≤14岁。年龄、性别及Mp-Ab阳性为计量资料。CRP、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数为计数资料。使用SPSS20.0软件,进行统计学分析。结果:1.肺炎支原体肺炎在不同年龄段CRP、白细胞计数及中性粒细胞计数的变化:3岁,3~7岁,≥7~≤14岁患儿的CRP值分别为:24.08±1.29mg/L、13.53±1.21mg/L、8.47±1.09mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);三组患儿的白细胞计数分别为:14.6±1.5×10^9/L、9.8±1.4×10^9/L、6.8±0.9×10^9/L差异有统计学意义(P0.05);三组患儿的中性粒细胞计数分别为:8.6± 1.2×10^9/L、5.8± 1.4× 10^9/L、4.9± 1.1× 10^9/L,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2.肺炎支原体肺炎与年龄的关系:3岁的患儿例数为80例,比例为25.6%,3~7岁患儿的例数为113例,比例为36.1%,≥7~≤14岁患儿的例数为120例,比例为38.3%。≥3岁的患儿比例要明显高于3岁患儿,差异有统计学意义(X2=5.642和8.000,P0.05);≥7~≤14岁患儿和3~7岁患儿的比例无统计学意义(X2=0.210,P0.05)。3.肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的性别差异:男童肺炎支原体肺炎例数为135例,比例为43.1%,女童肺炎支原体肺炎例数为178例,比例为56.9%,女童比例高于男童,差异有统计学意义(X2=5.907,P0.05)。结论:1.年龄越小的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,CRP、白细胞计数及中性粒细胞计数升高越明显。2.肺炎支原体肺炎在学龄期及学龄前多见。3.相对于男童,女童易感染肺炎支原体。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the general situation of children hospitalized with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in Dalian Children's Hospital affiliated to Dalian Medical University, and the analysis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody against Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody Mp-Abn C-reactive protein, white blood cells and neutrophils. To investigate the changes of CRP, leukocytes and neutrophils in blood samples of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumoniae pneumonia MPP in different age groups, and to analyze the causes of these changes.
