儿童过敏性紫癜证侯及脉象研究

【摘要】：目的：初步探讨儿童过敏性紫癜的中医证候特点及脉象特征为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法：对符合纳入标准的120例患儿填写儿童过敏性紫癜的中医证候调查表及脉象信息提取表，收集相关资料建立数据库，采用相宜统计方法进行数据处理，得出结论。结果：（1）发病人群主要在7.71士3.16岁，男女比例为1.45:1；发病季节主要是冬春季；上呼吸道感染是儿童过敏性紫癜发病最常见的诱因。（2）儿童过敏性紫癜的首发症状多为皮肤紫癜或消化道症状，皮疹多为瘀斑，颜色紫红鲜红，高出皮面，散在分布，边缘清晰，主要分布于双下肢及臀部，累及关节多为膝关节或踝关节，消化道症状的出现与肾损害关系密切。（3）儿童过敏性紫癜的初步脉象特征：频率多见滑、浮、弦、濡、数、涩脉，兼见沉、大、细，偶见虚、缓、短、洪，，脉位偏浮，至数偏数，脉形偏小，偏滑，脉势上应指有力，但不流畅。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the characteristics of TCM syndromes and pulse in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura. Methods: 120 cases of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura were included in the questionnaire of TCM syndromes and pulse information extraction form. The relevant data were collected to set up a database and the appropriate statistical method was used to process the data and draw a conclusion. Results (1) the incidence rate of male to female was 1.45: 1, and the onset season was mainly in winter and spring, and the incidence was mainly in 7.71 卤3.16 years old, and the ratio of male to female was 1.45: 1. Upper respiratory tract infection is the most common cause of allergic purpura in children. (2) the first symptoms of allergic purpura in children are mostly skin purpura or digestive tract symptoms, and the rash is mostly ecchymosis.
