【摘要】：目的：应用专家问卷调查法即德尔菲（Delphi）法制订科学规范且实用的《小儿肾病综合征中医诊疗指南》。方法：在文献研究的基础上，采用专家问卷调查与专家论证会相结合的方法制订《小儿肾病综合征中医诊疗指南》。专家问卷调查：在前期文献计量研究的基础上，编制第一轮专家调查问卷，以信函形式向全国范围内遴选出的40位专家发送问卷。回收的第一轮调查问卷，采用计算均数、不重要百分比、等级和、变异系数的方法进行统计分析并评价专家意见的集中程度与协调程度，提出评价体系的各项指标，即第二轮专家调查问卷。将第二轮问卷寄送给专家，，再次统计分析回收的问卷，加入部分专家不同意预测结果的意见，形成第三轮问卷即《小儿肾病综合征中医诊疗指南》初稿。将第三轮问卷寄送给专家，回收整理专家意见，完善《小儿肾病综合征中医诊疗指南》的初稿。专家论证会：邀请国内著名中医儿科专家，召开专家论证会。提交《小儿肾病综合征中医诊疗指南》初稿，请专家们发表修改意见，最终形成《小儿肾病综合征中医诊疗指南》。结果：以文献研究为基础，共编制三轮专家问卷，进行三轮专家问卷调查，并通过专家论证会的论证，综合专家意见，成功制订出了较为科学规范且实用的《小儿肾病综合征中医诊疗指南》。结论：本研究是将循证医学原理应用于中医标准化工作中的一次实践和探索，印证了循证医学原理在中医标准化工作中的可行性，并对该原理加以改进使之完善，使之更适用于中医标准化工，为以后其他疾病诊疗指南的制订提供了行之有效的研究思路和方法，为中医标准化工作的进展做出重要贡献。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a scientific and practical guide for the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric nephrotic syndrome by means of expert questionnaire (Delphi). Methods: on the basis of literature study, the method of expert questionnaire and expert demonstration was used to formulate the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Pediatric Nephrotic Syndrome. Expert questionnaire: based on the previous literature, the first round of expert questionnaire was compiled, and the questionnaire was sent to 40 experts selected in the whole country in the form of letter. In the first round of the questionnaire, the method of calculating the mean, the unimportant percentage, the rank and the coefficient of variation is used to carry out the statistical analysis and evaluate the degree of concentration and coordination of the expert opinion, and the indexes of the evaluation system are put forward. That is, the second round of expert questionnaires. The second round of questionnaire was sent to the experts, and the collected questionnaire was analyzed again, and some experts disagreed with the predicted results, and formed the first draft of the third round of questionnaire, namely, "guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Pediatric Nephrotic Syndrome". The third round of questionnaire was sent to experts, and the first draft of TCM guidance for diagnosis and treatment of Pediatric Nephrotic Syndrome was improved. Expert demonstration meeting: invite famous Chinese medicine pediatrics experts to hold expert demonstration meeting. The first draft of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Pediatric Nephrotic Syndrome is submitted, and experts are invited to make a revised opinion so as to form the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Pediatric Nephrotic Syndrome. Results: on the basis of literature research, three rounds of expert questionnaires were compiled, three rounds of expert questionnaires were conducted, and the expert opinions were synthesized through the argumentation of the expert argumentation meeting. A scientific and practical guide for the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric nephrotic syndrome was developed successfully. Conclusion: this study is a practice and exploration of applying the principle of evidence-based medicine to the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine, which confirms the feasibility of the principle of evidence-based medicine in the work of standardization of traditional Chinese medicine, and improves the principle to make it perfect. Making it more suitable for the standard chemical industry of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) provides effective research ideas and methods for the future guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of other diseases and makes an important contribution to the progress of the standardization of TCM.
