【摘要】：正患儿男,13岁,因"食欲不振7月余,腹胀1周"就诊。7个月前患儿因腹痛、腹泻至当地医院就诊,以"急性胃肠炎"治疗后好转,后纳食较前减少。1周前进食后出现腹胀,不伴呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等症状。5天前至当地医院行彩色多普勒超声检查示大量腹腔积液。4天前至我院诊治,查体:腹部膨隆,腹肌稍紧张,移动性浊音阳性。拟诊:腹腔积液查因,恶性疾病?患儿
