术前2小时口服清饮对小儿心脏介入手术全麻诱导及术后恶心呕吐的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨不同禁饮方案对小儿心脏介入手术全麻诱导及术后恶心呕吐的影响。方法 :选择全麻下行心脏介入手术的小儿患者120例,随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组各40例。3组术前均禁食8 h,A组术前禁饮6 h;B组、C组术前2 h分别口服10%葡萄糖水和多维饮料(术能)。观察各组麻醉诱导及术后24h恶心呕吐情况。结果:镇静及面罩接受程度评分B组、C组高于A组,C组高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);麻醉诱导后B组、C组MAP高于A组,P低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);B组、C组术后恶心呕吐程度及发生率低于A组,C组术后恶心呕吐发生率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 :术前2 h口服清饮可降低小儿心脏介入手术麻醉诱导期躁动,维持诱导期血流动力学平稳,降低PONV程度,术能效果更为明显。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of different dietary regimen on general anesthesia induction and postoperative nausea and vomiting after interventional cardiac surgery in children. Methods: 120 pediatric patients undergoing cardiac interventional surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups: group A, B, C, A, B, B, C, B, B, C, C, B, C, 40 patients in each group were fasting for 8 hours before operation. Group A was not allowed to drink for 6 hours before operation. Group C took 10% glucose water and multi-dimensional drink 2 hours before operation, respectively. Anaesthesia induction and nausea and vomiting were observed 24 hours after operation. Results: the scores of sedation and face mask acceptance in group B were higher than those in group A (P 0.05), the MAP of group B was higher than that of group A (P 0.05), and that of group C was lower than that of group A (P < 0.05). The degree and incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in group B were lower than those in group A (P 0.05) and the incidence of nausea and vomiting in group B was significantly lower than that in group B (P 0.05). Conclusion: oral Qingyin for 2 hours before operation can reduce restlessness during anesthesia induction, maintain stable hemodynamics and reduce PONV degree in pediatric cardiac interventional surgery, and the effect of operation is more obvious.
