【摘要】：正1病历摘要患儿男,出生1d。脐部囊肿1d。患儿母亲于2015年12月22日在我院妇产科自然分娩,顺产,发现男婴脐带(近胎儿侧)一大囊肿。患儿母亲24岁,既往体健,无明显妊娠反应。否认孕期感冒史及放射线或毒物接触史,定期产检。孕1个月余因"孕酮低"予以黄体酮保胎治疗;孕3个月余B超检查提示胎盘位置低,唐氏筛查示低
