黄芪注射液联合炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病合并心肌炎的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:评价黄芪注射液联合炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病合并心肌炎的临床疗效,探讨黄芪注射液对炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病合并心肌炎的疗效。方法:92例患者随机分成两组:对照组(N=46)和观察组(N=46),对照组除了常规的退烧,补液及补充维生素C之外给予炎琥宁注射液10 mg/kg加入100 ml 5%GS中进行静脉滴注;观察组在此基础上加黄芪注射液20 g/kg加入5%GS中进行静脉滴注,7日一疗程,1次/日。治疗结束后,分别对两组患者的心肌酶谱及超敏C反应蛋白等进行检测,统计分析检测结果。结果:观察组患儿总有效率97.8%,对照组患儿总有效率(95.7%);与对照组治疗后相比,观察组治疗后AST,LDH显著低于对照组治疗后;与对照组治疗后相比,观察组hs-CRP及TNF-α水平显著低于对照组治疗后。结论:黄芪注射液联合炎琥宁注射液对小儿手足口病合并心肌炎患儿的疗效优于单独使用炎琥宁注射液。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of Huangqi injection combined with Yanhuning injection in treating pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease with myocarditis, and to explore the effect of Huangqi injection on treating pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease with myocarditis. Methods 92 patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 46) and observation group (n = 46). The control group received 10 mg/kg of Yanhuning injection plus 100ml 5GS for intravenous drip in addition to routine fever reduction, fluid resuscitation and vitamin C supplementation. In the observation group, astragalus injection was added to 5 GS for 20 g/kg for 7 days. After the treatment, the myocardial enzyme spectrum and the hypersensitive C-reactive protein of the two groups were detected, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: the total effective rate was 97.8% in the observation group and 95.7% in the control group, compared with the control group, the AST LDH after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and compared with that in the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The levels of hs-CRP and TNF- 伪 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: the curative effect of Huangqi injection combined with Yanhuning injection on children with hand, foot and mouth disease complicated with myocarditis is better than that of Yanhuning injection alone.
