基于德尔菲法的儿童家庭安全用药核心信息筛选研究

【摘要】：目的:为保障儿童家庭用药安全提供参考。方法:采用德尔菲法,编制4轮专家问卷,分别选取39位相关专家(医师和药师)进行调查,对调查数据进行统计和分析,并筛选和提取出儿童家庭安全用药核心信息。结果:每轮共发放问卷39份,回收有效问卷39份,4轮的有效回收率均为100%,即4轮问卷的专家积极系数值均为100%。经统计学分析,第2~4轮问卷的专家权威系数均值分别为0.80±0.10、0.81±0.02、0.82±0.02;专家协调系数值分别为0.122、0.125、0.291。根据相关统计学指标,筛选出儿童家庭安全用药核心信息4类共45条,均满足评分均值≥4.0分,变异系数0.25,不重要性百分比50%。结论:所筛选出的45条儿童家庭安全用药核心信息的地位重要,专家意见集中程度高,具有代表性。该方法学和流程可为其他儿童用药评价和干预研究提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the safety of drug use in children's families. Methods: Delphi method was used to compile 4 rounds of expert questionnaire. 39 experts (doctors and pharmacists) were selected to investigate the data, and the core information of safe drug use in children's family was screened and extracted. Results: 39 questionnaires were sent out in each round, and the effective recovery rates of 39 valid questionnaires and 4 rounds of valid questionnaires were all 100, that is, the positive coefficients of experts in the four rounds of questionnaires were all 100. By statistical analysis, the average value of expert authority coefficient and coordination coefficient were 0.80 卤0.100.81 卤0.02and 0.1220.125 / 0.291, respectively. According to the relevant statistical indexes, 45 items of core information about safe drug use in children's family were selected, all of which met the average score 鈮，
