2015年怀化市6～24月龄农村儿童贫血现状及影响因素

【摘要】：目的了解怀化市6~24月龄农村儿童贫血患病率现状及影响因素。方法采用按规模大小成比例的概率(PPS)抽样法,选取怀化市2228名6~24月龄农村儿童进行血红蛋白测定,并对其看护人进行问卷调查,所得资料运用χ~2检验和二分类Logistic回归分析。结果怀化市6~24月龄农村儿童贫血患病率34.07%,其中以6~11月龄儿童贫血率最高为43.04%。儿童为18~24月龄(OR=0.558,95%CI 0.431~0.723)、母亲职业为非务农(OR=0.738,95%CI 0.558~0.976)、过去两周内未发过烧(OR=0.724,95%CI 0.578~0.907),过去24小时添加过配方奶粉(OR=0.657,95%CI 0.538~0.802)是贫血的保护因素。母亲(OR=1.514,95%CI1.050~2.181)、父亲(OR=1.826,95%CI 1.186~2.809)民族为苗族,所处地区为溆浦(OR=1.647,95%CI 1.029~2.637)、芷江(OR=1.883,95%CI 1.269~2.795)、会同(OR=1.833,95%CI 1.256~2.676)、沅陵(OR=2.003,95%CI 1.266~3.169),过去24小时添加母乳(OR=1.427,95%CI 1.105~1.842)、看护人不知晓辅食添加最佳时间(OR=1.208,95%CI 1.001~1.457)是贫血的危险因素。结论怀化市6~24月龄农村儿童贫血形势不容乐观,6~11月龄是怀化市儿童贫血高发月龄,儿童贫血受到儿童月龄、所处地区、自身健康状况、膳食摄入和看护人职业、民族、营养知识水平等多种因素影响。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of anemia in rural children aged 6 ~ 24 months in Huaihua City and its influencing factors. Methods 2228 rural children aged from 6 to 24 months old in Huaihua City were selected for hemoglobin determination by using the probability sampling method according to the size of the sample, and the nurses were investigated by questionnaire. The data were analyzed by 蠂 ~ 2 test and logistic regression analysis. Results the prevalence rate of anemia in rural children aged 6 to 24 months in Huaihua City was 34.07, and the highest rate of anemia was 43.04 in children aged 6 to 11 months.
