金银清瘟汤治疗EV71型手足口病肺脾湿热证临床研究

【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在观察金银清瘟汤治疗小儿EV71型手足口病肺脾湿热证的疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法:选取符合西医EV71型手足口病和中医小儿手足口病肺脾湿热证诊断标准的临床病例100例,随机分为2组,治疗组、对照组各50例。对照组予利巴韦林注射液,治疗组予金银清瘟汤和利巴韦林注射液,持续治疗1周,观测患儿治疗前后症状、体征及相关实验室指标的改善。结果:治疗组于治疗第4天及治疗第7天在改善患儿症状、体征及实验室检查结果方面均优于对照组,临床安全性指标研究结果未显示金银清瘟汤对重要脏器有毒副作用。结论:金银清瘟汤联合西药治疗小儿EV71型手足口病肺脾湿热证比单纯用西药治疗效果佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of Jinyin Qingwen decoction on febrile and spleen dampness and heat syndrome of hand, foot and mouth disease in children and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 100 cases with EV71 type hand, foot and mouth disease and children with hand foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The control group was given ribavirin injection, the treatment group was treated with Jinyin Qingwen decoction and ribavirin injection for 1 week, and the improvement of symptoms, signs and related laboratory indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results: the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms, signs and laboratory results on the 4th day and the 7th day. The clinical safety index study did not show that Jinyin Qingwen decoction had toxic and side effects on the important organs. Conclusion: Jinyin Qingwen decoction combined with western medicine is more effective than western medicine in treating EV 71 hand, foot and mouth disease with dampness and heat of lung and spleen.
