酚妥拉明联合党参补肺汤治疗婴幼儿喘息性疾病的临床疗效及其对肺功能的影响
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of phentoid Lemine combined with Codonopsis decoction (Astragalus, Codonopsis, Atractylodes macrocephala, etc.) in the treatment of infant wheezing diseases and its effect on lung function. Methods from August 2013 to April 2016, 94 infants with wheezing diseases were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 47) and the control group (n = 47). The control group was treated with Phenotol Lemine, the observation group was treated with phentoid Lemine combined with Codonopsis decoction for 7 days. Results the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 97.9% and 85.1%, respectively. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). The time of disappearance of dyspnea, cough and fever in the observation group was significantly faster than that in the control group (P0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions such as flushing, restlessness, tachycardia, nausea and vomiting was 17.0 in the observation group and 19.1in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The CD4 value of observation group and control group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P0.05), while CD8 value was significantly higher than that before treatment (P0.05). After treatment, the CD4 and CD8 values of observation group were significantly different from those of control group (P0.05). The FVC values of the observation group and the control group were (83.55 卤15.29)% and (75.20 卤11.49), respectively, which were significantly higher than those before the treatment (68.24 卤15.20)% and (69.01 卤14.03)% (P0.05). The FVC value of the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Phenotol Lemine combined with Codonopsis decoction has good safety in the treatment of infant wheezing diseases and can improve clinical symptoms and immune function, thus promoting the improvement of lung function and therapeutic effect.
