1例先天性心脏病合并重症肺炎患儿的药学监护

【摘要】：目的探讨先天性心脏病合并重症肺炎患儿的药学监护方法。方法临床药师从药物选择、给药剂量、药物不良反应监测等方面为患者制定个体化治疗方案,并进行药学监护。结果与结论患儿病情稳定,到外院进行手术治疗。临床药师参与个体化治疗方案的制定,为患儿提供药学服务,可避免药物的相互作用,减少药物不良反应,使患儿用药趋于安全、合理、有效和经济。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the pharmacological monitoring of children with congenital heart disease complicated with severe pneumonia. Methods Clinical pharmacists made individualized treatment plan for patients from the aspects of drug selection, dosage and adverse drug reaction monitoring. Results and conclusion the patient's condition was stable and the patient was treated with surgery. Clinical pharmacists participate in the formulation of individualized treatment plan, provide pharmaceutical care for children, can avoid the interaction of drugs, reduce adverse drug reactions, and make the drug use of children tend to be safe, reasonable, effective and economical.
