温胆薏竹汤治疗小儿湿疹脾虚湿蕴型的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的：观察并评价温胆薏竹汤治疗小儿湿疹脾虚湿蕴型的临床疗效。方法：选取符合入选标准的小儿湿疹脾虚湿蕴型患者91例,采用随机分组的方法,分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组45例,对照组46例。治疗组口服温胆薏竹汤,对照组口服盐酸西替利嗪糖浆,2组均详细指导护理。治疗4周后进行综合疗效(包括总疗效、皮损面积及严重程度的改善情况、瘙瘁程度的改善情况)评定,停药1个月后进行随访,观察其复发率。结果：1.总有效率治疗组为93.33%,对照组为91.30%；愈显率治疗组为75.56%,对照组为54.35%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。2.治疗组用药前后,在EASI分值、瘙瘁程度积分两方面差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)；两组患者治疗后,治疗组与对照组在以上两方面比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。3.治疗组复发率低于对照组(P0.05)结论：1.温胆薏竹汤能明显减低小儿湿疹脾虚湿蕴型患者的EASI分值,减轻患者的皮损面积及严重程度,并能明显改善患者的瘙痒症状,且以上方面均优于对照组。2.温胆薏竹汤可以明显降低小儿湿疹的复发率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Wentian Yizhu decoction (WYD) in treating children's eczema with spleen deficiency and accumulation of dampness. Methods: Ninety-one children with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 45) and control group (n = 46). The treatment group was treated with Wentian Yi Zhu decoction and the control group with cetirizine hydrochloride syrup. After 4 weeks of treatment, the comprehensive curative effect (including the total curative effect, the improvement of the area and severity of skin lesion, the improvement of the degree of pruritus) was evaluated, and the recurrence rate was observed after 1 month follow-up. The result is 1: 1. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33 and in the control group was 91.30. The curative effect rate was 75.56 in the treatment group and 54.35 in the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group (P0.05) .2. Before and after the treatment group, the EASI score, the pain degree score had statistical significance (P0.05); two groups of patients after treatment, the treatment group and the control group in the above two aspects, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). 3. The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Wentian Yizhu decoction can obviously reduce the EASI score of the patients with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type of eczema, alleviate the area and severity of skin lesions of the patients, and obviously improve the pruritus symptoms of the patients, and the above aspects are better than that of the control group. 2. Wentian Yizhu decoction can obviously reduce the recurrence rate of eczema in children.
