脑室系统巨大血管畸形合并脑积水1例

【摘要】：正患者,女,6岁,因头痛、恶心、呕吐10余天,突发抽搐并浅昏迷于2016年2月19日急诊入院。体格检查:呈浅昏迷状态,右侧瞳孔5.0mm,左侧瞳孔3.0 mm,对光反射迟钝,双下肢病理反射阳性。头颅MRI提示:胼胝体膝部、体部、双侧额叶、三脑室内、桥前池、鞍上池、双侧侧脑室内可见不规则形混杂信号影,呈分叶状,大小约75 mm×67 mm×60
[Abstract]:A 6-year-old woman with headache, nausea and vomiting for more than 10 days was admitted to the emergency department on February 19, 2016. Physical examination: in the condition of light coma, the right pupil was 5.0mm, the left pupil was light retarded for 3.0 mm, and the pathological reflex of both lower extremities was positive. Cranial MRI showed that irregular mixed signals were seen in the genu, body, bilateral frontal lobe, triventricular, prepontine cistern, suprasellar cistern and bilateral ventricle of corpus callosum, which were lobulated, about 75 mm 脳 67 mm 脳 60.
