儿科超说明书用药影响因素探讨

【摘要】：目的分析研究儿科超说明书用药影响因素。方法选择2014年12月~2015年12月本院儿科所开具的处方2 027张门诊以及住院处方作为调查对象,调查超说明书用药影响因素以及超说明书用药的药物种类。结果给药剂量、给药频率、给药途径、适应证以及超年龄用药是主要影响因素。2 027张处方中共有5 876条用药记录,其中超说明书用药记录有621条。抗变态反应药是超说明书用药发生率最高的药物种类。结论儿科用药具有较高风险,本院儿科仍然存在超说明书用药的情况,用药剂量、用药频率以及超年龄用药是超说明书用药的主要影响因素,在临床临床用药时应注意上述因素,并尽可能降低儿科超说明书用药的几率。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and study the influencing factors of drug use in pediatrics. Methods from December 2014 to December 2015, 2,027 prescriptions for outpatient and inpatient prescriptions were selected to investigate the influencing factors and drug types of over-prescriptions. Results the dosage, frequency, route, indication and over age of medication were the main influencing factors. There were 5 876 records of drug use in 2027 prescriptions, among which 621 were recorded in overstatement. Anti-allergic drugs are the most frequently used drugs. Conclusion Pediatric drug use is of high risk. The drug dosage, frequency and age are the main influencing factors of the drug use in pediatrics of our hospital. Attention should be paid to the above factors in clinical use, and the probability of drug use in pediatrics should be reduced as far as possible.
