三字经流派推拿治疗小儿泄泻（湿热型）的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的：观察三字经流派推拿治疗小儿泄泻(湿热型)的临床疗效,并对其安全性性进行评价。方法：本研究观察60例湿热型泄泻患儿,随机分成治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组给予三字经推拿疗法治疗,对照组给予口服蒙脱石散治疗,疗程为3天。以大便次数、大便性状、腹痛、呕吐等为疗效指标,分别对治疗前、治疗后第1天、第2天、第3天的症状及体征进行记录,随时收集相关资料。治疗结束后对两组患儿治疗前后总积分、各单项症状的改善情况、止泻时间进行比较,综合评价两组总有效率。如实记录临床试验过程中出现的任何不良事件。结果：治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率83.33%,两组间有显著性差异(P0.01),治疗组优于对照组。对于症状、体征疗效的比较,大便次数、大便性质的疗效两组间有显著性差异(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组；对呕吐、小便量、腹痛、精神倦怠、肛门红赤的疗效两组间无显著性差异(P0.05),治疗组与对照组疗效相当；在止泻时间方面,两组间有显著性差异(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论：三字经流派推拿手法是治疗小儿泄泻(湿热型)的有效、安全的方法,能够明显改善患儿的腹泻、腹痛、呕吐,尤其在改善大便次数、性状,止泻时间方面,与对照组相比,效应时间更早、疗效更显著。同时体现了中医内病外治的特色,符合儿科临床实际,具有可靠的临床应用及推广价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of three characters massage in treating children with diarrhea (damp-heat type). Methods: 60 children with damp-heat diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with massage therapy and the control group with oral montmorillonite powder for 3 days. The number of defecation, abdominal pain, vomiting and so on were used to record the symptoms and signs before, 1, 2 and 3 days after treatment, and to collect relevant data at any time. After the treatment, the total score, the improvement of each single symptom and the time of stopping diarrhea were compared before and after treatment, and the total effective rate of the two groups was comprehensively evaluated. Record any adverse events that occur during clinical trials. Results: the total effective rate was 90.00g in the treatment group and 83.33g in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.01). The treatment group was superior to the control group. For symptoms and signs of the comparison of curative effects, defecation times, stool nature between the two groups have a significant difference (P0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group; vomiting, urination, abdominal pain, mental burnout, There was no significant difference between the two groups in the efficacy of anal reddish (P0.05), the curative effect of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group; there was a significant difference in the time of stopping diarrhea between the two groups (P0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: Three-character massage manipulation is an effective and safe method for treating diarrhea (damp-heat type) in children. It can obviously improve diarrhea, abdominal pain and vomiting in children, especially in improving defecation frequency, character and time of stopping diarrhea. Compared with the control group, the effect was earlier and more significant. At the same time, it embodies the characteristics of internal and external treatment of TCM, accords with the clinical practice of pediatrics, and has reliable clinical application and popularization value.
