以梗阻性黄疸、抽搐为表现的播散性隐球菌感染1例报告

【摘要】：目的探讨同时累及胆道系统及中枢神经系统的播散性隐球菌病的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析1例同时累及胆道系统及中枢神经系统的播散性隐球菌病患儿的临床资料,同时复习相关文献。结果患儿,男,6岁。临床表现为黄疸、肝功能受损、抽搐。行手术治疗,病理活检提示隐球菌感染,血清及脑脊液隐球菌荚膜多糖抗原乳胶凝集试验阳性,脑脊液墨汁染色阳性。经抗真菌治疗后症状缓解,随访无后遗症。结论患儿为罕见的同时累积胆道、中枢系统的播散性隐球菌病。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnosis and treatment of disseminated Cryptococcosis involving both the biliary and central nervous systems. Methods the clinical data of 1 case of disseminated Cryptococcosis involving biliary system and central nervous system were analyzed retrospectively, and the related literatures were reviewed at the same time. Results the children, male, 6 years old. The clinical manifestation is jaundice, liver function damage, convulsion. Surgical treatment, pathological biopsy showed that Cryptococcus infection, serum and cerebrospinal fluid Cryptococcus perfringens polysaccharide antigen latex agglutination test positive, cerebrospinal fluid ink staining positive. The symptoms were relieved after antifungal treatment and no sequelae were observed. Conclusion infantile cryptococcosis is a rare and simultaneous accumulation of biliary tract and central system of disseminated Cryptococcosis.
