超重和肥胖对儿童发展的不良影响及对健康教育的启示

【摘要】：超重和肥胖在全世界呈现流行趋势,并严重影响儿童生长发育。本研究回顾了2000—2016年国内外针对儿童大脑发育、行为发展与儿童超重、肥胖关系的相关研究。现有研究表明,超重、肥胖的儿童更易产生发育障碍,超重和肥胖对儿童的学习能力、执行能力、心理健康等方面产生不良影响。这些研究结果提示教育部门、学校、家庭、社会要重视儿童超重和肥胖问题,并采取正确的应对方式给予儿童科学的引导。
[Abstract]:Overweight and obesity show a popular trend throughout the world and have a serious impact on the growth and development of children. This study reviews the studies on the relationship between the development of children's brain, the development of behavior and the overweight and obesity of children at home and abroad in the year 2000-2016. The existing research shows that overweight and obese children are more likely to produce developmental disorders, and overweight and obesity have an adverse effect on the learning ability, performance and mental health of children. The results of these studies suggest that the education sector, schools, families, the community should pay more attention to the problem of overweight and obesity in children and to take the right approach to the guidance of children's science.
