安宫牛黄丸辅助病毒唑对小儿急性重症病毒性肺炎血清降钙素原及免疫功能的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨安宫牛黄丸辅助病毒唑对小儿急性重症病毒性肺炎血清降钙素原及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2015年2月—2016年8月海南省海口市妇幼保健院收治的符合纳入标准的急性重症病毒性肺炎患儿88例,按随机数字表法分组,分别44例,对照组予以病毒唑常规治疗治疗,研究组予以安宫牛黄丸辅助病毒唑治疗,共治疗7 d,采血测定免疫功能、炎症因子及基质金属蛋白酶等指标,同时对比临床疗效及安全性。结果:与治疗前数据对比,两组治疗后Ig M、Ig G、Ig A含量升高,治疗后CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8含量升高,治疗后血清hs-CRP、PCT、TNF-α含量降低,IL-2含量升高,治疗后血清MMP9、TIMP1含量降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);与对照组数据对比,研究组治疗后Ig M、Ig G、Ig A含量较高,治疗后CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8含量较高,治疗后血清hs-CRP、PCT、TNF-α含量较低,IL-2含量较高,治疗后血清MMP9、TIMP1含量较低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组有效率72.73%低于研究组有效率90.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:安宫牛黄丸辅助病毒唑对小儿急性重症病毒性肺炎疗效确切,能显著降低降钙素原,提高免疫功能,安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Angong Niuhuang Pill on serum procalcitonin and immune function in children with acute severe viral pneumonia. Methods: from February 2015 to August 2016, 88 children with acute severe viral pneumonia who met the inclusion criteria were selected from Hainan Province Haikou Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and 44 cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with virazole, and the study group was treated with Angong Niuhuang Pill with virazole for 7 days. The immune function, inflammatory factors and matrix metalloproteinases were measured by blood sampling, and the clinical efficacy and safety were compared at the same time. Results: compared with the pre-treatment data, the levels of Ig-M, IgG, IgA, CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8, hs-CRP,PCT,TNF- 伪 and IL-2 increased after treatment in the two groups. After treatment, the content of serum MMP9,TIMP1 decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of Ig-M, IgG and IgA in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment, and the content of CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 was higher after treatment, and the content of hs-CRP,PCT,TNF- 伪 in serum was lower and the content of IL-2 was higher after treatment in the study group. After treatment, the level of serum MMP9,TIMP1 was lower, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The effective rate of the control group was 72.73% lower than that of the study group (90.91%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Angong Niuhuang Pill is effective in the treatment of acute severe viral pneumonia in children. It can significantly reduce the procalcitonin, improve the immune function, and has high safety.
