骨扫描(ECT)在儿童骨髓炎早期诊断中的应用

【摘要】: 目的:通过对比各种影像学诊断方法在儿童急性血源性骨髓炎早期诊断时间上的差异,提出同位素骨扫描的优点。 方法:在近6年住院的儿童急性骨髓炎61例(64部位)确诊病例中,对其中12例常规B超及X线尚未发现明显阳性改变者,行同位素骨扫描检查,阳性结果出现后,7例行骨钻孔引流或开窗减压,术后抗感染治疗2周以上。部分病例随访1年以上。综合病例资料,分别按各检查出现阳性结果的时间以例数和时间列表,对数据进行计数和计量统计分析比较。 结果:采用骨扫描诊断病例阳性结果出现时间较X线平片和B超早,早期诊断处理的患儿出现严重并发症及后遗畸形的可能性大大降低。 结论:应用骨扫描早期诊断儿童骨髓炎灵敏度较X线平片和B超高。早期诊断处理的患儿预后较好。
