【摘要】:目的探讨动态对比增强磁共振成像对脑胶质瘤微血管通透性的定量评价价值。方法总共38例病理证实胶质瘤患者使用3.0T磁共振仪器进行包括动态对比增强的磁共振检查,获得胶质瘤容积转运常数(Ktrans)和血管外细胞外间隙容积比(Ve)的最大值。不同级别胶质瘤的Ktrans值和Ve值的差异;Ktrans值、Ve值和胶质瘤分级之间的相关性进行统计学分析。结果Ⅱ级胶质瘤Ktrans值(0.028±0.011 min-1)与Ve值(0.081±0.044)均低于Ⅲ级(0.105±0.025 min-1,0.456±0.079)和Ⅳ级(0.138±0.053 min-1,0.512±0.112),差异具有统计学意义(P0.01),而Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级之间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。Ktrans值、Ve值和胶质瘤分级,Ktrans值和Ve值均呈显著正相关(P0.001)。结论动态对比增强磁共振成像可以定量评价脑胶质瘤微血管通透性并可用于胶质瘤术前分级。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging in quantitative evaluation of microvascular permeability in gliomas. Methods A total of 38 patients with pathologically proved gliomas were performed with 3.0T MRI instrument including dynamic contrast enhancement. Strong MRI.
