不同MRI序列对各期脑实质型囊虫病检出价值的研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨不同MRI序列对各期脑实质型脑囊虫病的显示优势。方法:搜集209例不同病理时期的脑实质型脑囊虫病患者的临床及影像资料,分别统计并比较快速小角度激发反转恢复(FLAIR)T_1WI(T_1-FLAIR)、快速自旋回波(FSE)T_2WI(T_2-FSE)、T_2-FLAIR、自旋回波(SE)T_1WI(T_1-SE)增强扫描及DWI对脑囊虫病不同病灶的检出率。结果:脑实质型脑囊虫病的各病灶中,囊泡在T_2-FSE上检出率(96.05%)最高;头节在T_2-FLAIR(97.01%)上检出率最高;灶周水肿在T_2-FLAIR上检出率(98.02%)最高;肉芽肿在T_1-SE增强扫描上检出率(95.10%)最高;钙化在T_2-FSE上检出率(69.92%)最高。结论:各期脑实质型囊虫病变在MRI不同序列图像上各有其显示优势。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the advantages of different MRI sequences in the display of cerebral parenchymal cysticercosis. Methods: the clinical and imaging data of 209 patients with cerebral parenchymal cysticercosis at different pathological stages were collected. Statistics and comparisons were made respectively between the fast small-angle excitation reversal recovery and T _ 1WII _ I _ T _ 1-FLAIRI, fast spin echo (FSE) T _ 2WI _ I _ T _ 2-FLAIRI _ T _ 2-FLAIRT _ 2-FLAIRI _ (T _ 2-FLAIR) enhanced scanning and DWI detection rate for different lesions of cerebral cysticercosis. Results: among the various lesions of cerebral parenchymal cerebral cysticercosis, The detection rate of vesicle on T _ 2-FSE was the highest; the detection rate of head segment was highest on T _ 2-FLAIRI 97.01); the detection rate of perifocal edema was 98.02 on T _ 2-FLAIR); the detection rate of granuloma on T1-SE enhanced scanning was 95.10 ~ (th); The detection rate of calcification on T _ 2-FSE was 69.92.Conclusion: all stages of cerebral parenchymal cysticercosis have their own advantages in different MRI sequence images.
