腹膜后巨大良性神经鞘瘤一例

【摘要】：正患者女,26岁,因胸部外伤检查偶然发现右下胸部包块。既往健康状况良好。体检:P82次/分,Bp120/85mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),体温36°C。腹平软,无明显压痛及反跳痛,肝脾肋下未及。实验室检查:白细胞计数8.2×10~9/l、中性粒细胞比值86.6%、中性粒细胞计数7.66×10~9/l、淋巴细胞比值6.3%。影像检查:DR平片示右下肺野膈上类圆形软组织密度影,上部边界清晰光整,下部向下延伸与膈肌重叠,边界不清
[Abstract]:The female patient was 26 years old. She found the mass of the right lower chest by chance after chest trauma examination. She was in good health in the past.
