乳腺癌不同阶段钙化X线征像分析

【摘要】：目的研究钙化在乳腺癌不同阶段X线征像。方法收集行全数字化乳腺X线摄影出现钙化并经手术病理证实的乳腺癌277例,回顾性分析钙化X线征像,并与病理进行对照研究。结果乳腺癌钙化形态、分布、数目及伴随情况在导管原位癌、导管原位癌伴微浸润、浸润性导管癌差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论根据钙化X线征像初步鉴别不同阶段乳腺癌,为临床提供诊疗依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the X-ray signs of calcification in different stages of breast cancer. Methods 277 cases of breast cancer proved by operation and pathology were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results the calcification morphology, distribution, number and concomitant condition of breast cancer were found in ductal carcinoma in situ, ductal carcinoma in situ with microinfiltration. Conclusion according to the calcified X-ray signs, breast cancer in different stages can be preliminarily distinguished, which provides a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
