正常子宫肌层在不同月经周期中的MR定量研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨健康女性子宫肌层在不同月经周期的厚度、信号强度及表观弥散系数值的变化。方法:采用3.0T MRI分别于增殖中期、分泌晚期、月经期对36例年轻健康女性行3次子宫MR检查,研究子宫体、子宫颈肌层在不同月经周期的厚度、T2WI信号强度及ADC值变化。结果:(1)宫体肌层、结合带厚度于增殖期、分泌期与月经期有明显差异;宫颈肌外层厚度于月经周期各期无明显差异;(2)宫体肌层、结合带的信号强度在月经期与分泌期间存在差异;宫颈基质环的信号强度在增殖期与月经期间存在差异,增殖期、月经期宫颈肌外层的信号强度与分泌期相比均存在差异;(3)宫体肌层及宫颈肌外层的ADC值在月经周期各期间无明显差异,增殖期、分泌期的宫体结合带ADC值与均与月经期间存在差异;宫颈基质环ADC值在增殖期与分泌期间存在差异。结论:不同的月经周期中,子宫各肌层的厚度、信号强度及ADC值均存在不同程度的差异。在诊断不同类型的子宫疾病时应充分考虑到这些因素,以达到选择正确的检查时间窗的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the changes in the thickness, signal intensity and apparent dispersion of the uterine myometrium in healthy women. Methods: 3.0T MRI was used in the middle period of the proliferation, late secretion, and 3 times of MR examination for 36 young healthy women. The thickness of the uterine body, the cervical muscle layer in different menstrual cycles, and the T2WI signal were studied. Changes in intensity and ADC value. Results: (1) the myometrium of the uterine body, the thickness of the binding zone in the period of proliferation and the menstrual period, there is no significant difference between the period of the menstrual cycle, the thickness of the outer layer of the cervix has no significant difference in the period of the menstrual cycle. (2) the signal intensity of the uterine body, the signal intensity of the binding zone is different from the period of the menstrual period and the secretion period; the signal intensity of the cervix matrix ring is in the proliferation period and the menstruation. During the period of menstrual period, the signal intensity of the uterine cervix is different from that of the secretory period. (3) there is no significant difference between the ADC value of the uterine body layer and the outer layer of the cervix in the menstrual cycle. The ADC value of the uterine body binding zone in the proliferative phase and the secretory phase is different from the monthly menstrual period; the ADC value of the cervix matrix ring is in the proliferative period and in the period of proliferation. Conclusions: there are differences in the thickness, signal intensity and ADC value of the myometrium of the uterus in different menstrual cycles. These factors should be fully taken into account in the diagnosis of different types of uterine diseases, in order to choose the correct time window for the selection of different types of uterine diseases.
